Dieleman Fundraising Sales - The Beginning
The year was 1976, George Dieleman was living in Winnipeg and
was the owner of his own successful business. He made a life
changing decision. He was given the opportunity to work with
Hershey Canada Fundraising in British Columbia. He packed his
bags and came to Vancouver to start his new career with his
family in tow. George made Hershey Chocolate Covered Almonds a
household name in the schools for many years to follow.
In 1991 George retired and handed the company to his daughter Wilma and her husband
Robert.
The Change
Over the years the vision of the company changed, the company
became a full service fundraising company and expanded in all
directions. The company has grown from one product line in one
province to a full service fundraising product supplier helping
schools and non profit groups from British Columbia to
Newfoundland. The company now offers a wide range of fundraising
options from Worlds Finest Chocolates to Holiday Gift Shopper
Programs, also distributing a wide range of frozen food
products.
The head office and the main warehouse and distribution centre
is located in Surrey B.C. All the gift items and non frozen
goods are packed and shipped from this location. The frozen food
products are stored and shipped from two warehouse locations,
one in Abbotsford B.C., and the second in Edmonton Alberta.

Now known throughout Canada as DFS Canada (for short) the
company strives for the best standards of customer service and
fulfilment of products in fundraising. Our goal is to stay
connected to the customer and their needs.
The people behind the company
Wilma and Robert oversee all aspects of the day to day
operations of the company. Ordering, shipping, the creation of
new product lines, customer service and customer bookings are
all important to them on a daily basis. They are proud of their
reputation for providing quality products with superior customer
service.
The office staff and warehouse staff play an important part in
the success of DFS Canada. They have years of experience and are
